Radio issues
Still wish it didn’t happen though.
These inconveniences may seem minor, but they are a constant source of distraction that you either have to sit and wait before driving off until you navigate through it, or begin to drive and take your eyes off the road and mess with it while driving (I imagine most of us do the latter, because who wants to sit waiting 30 seconds for the issue to crop up after you have started the car?)
When I first got my e-tron, I wasn't used to the large pointed mirrors, and due to a distraction while backing out of my garage, I *barely* caught the point of my driver's side mirror against the frame of my double-wide garage door while backing out causing the mirror to fold back to its stopping point, and it popped the mirror apart somewhat at the seam and marred the plastic. Try as I might I couldn't get the mirror to pop back into place and there was a tab sticking out and it created a gap in the mirror and needed to be taken to the dealer to get fixed. The side mirror actually stopped the e-tron, even though I had it in reverse and my pedal was on the accelerator, backing out, and I never used the brake pedal because it all happened so fast. (I'm really surprised the mirror was able to stop the e-tron and didn't come clean off -- this thing is built rather well.) Fortunately my Audi dealer was able to repair the mirror for the cost of a 1/2 hour of labor, $55, and didn't need to replace the entire assembly, which could have cost over $1,200 with mirror glass. There is minor damage to the plastic to this day, but for $1200 I can live with it and you really can't tell unless you are looking for it.
ANY distraction caused by the MMI that is abnormal operation needs to get fixed! We all need to do our part and report these issues to our dealers, Apple, and Sirius, because if we all just "live with it" and don't request a fix there will be no incentive to fix it if no one is complaining about it.
I agree that losing the subscription to Sirius constantly would be a PITA; luckily mine has worked without any issue in the > 18 months I've owned the car.
Re: CarPlay switching to the music stored on my iPhone when starting the car instead of the specific Sirius station I was tuned to when I turned off the car: this is a minor convenience and doesn't distract from my love of the car. I simply start the car; put on my seatbelt, then generally just tap the MMI three times to get me back to Sirius and my CarPlay Waze default screen. Then I drive off.

If that does not work called SiriusXM and tell them the issue, they may have to do something on their end first to send the correct refresh signal. It's been 2 days and I stopped getting the annoying Subscription Updated screen.
I hope this helps someone
