While on a trip recently came upon a 16 KW charger. However, my e-tron only showed 8.7 KW charge rate on the dash. Has anyone actually seen an e-tron charge above 8.7 KW?
I parked at this charger the day before my return trip to charge up, and while monitoring the charging progress, the session faulted out twice. Fortunately, I was able to restart the session from the Audi app on my iPhone rather than having to drive over to the charger.

At home I use the Chargepoint Flex to charge to 80% and do not receive multiple charge complete messages from my '21 Prestige.

I have an 11.5kw wall charger (48A setting on a 60A circuit), the e-tron reports charging at 10.2kw with that.

I wonder why some of us with 21s are having the issue and others not. I think one owner tried the dual port after having used the Level 2 only port, but he still got the multiple messages. I've only charged thus far from the passenger side, Level 2 port, but I guess I should try the other side too, but I'm not hopeful this would change things. Those that have the issue have also tried different chargers to no avail. Weird.

Did some testing this morning. Once the car finished charging to 80%, it displayed the white light in the charge port area.

-Multiple attempts to reach the car via app (fail)
-On opening the car door, it cycled the charger one time (relay flip sound), flashed green, then went solid green.
-Locked car, light stayed solid green (no cycling)
-Updated car via app (no cycling)

I also got just above 10 kWh showing on the app and e-tron dashboard when using a Tesla destination charger with the adapter.

The plug and charge refer to the superchargers not the destination chargers. You can't use the adapter to plug into a DC high speed supercharger (don't try), but the AC based Tesla destination chargers don't have billing, at least any that I have come across.

well first, they use non teslas so good for goose and so on, but now that you mentioned it. a guy did just that to me. (keyed my car) how did I know, I watched him. when he found one open, he stuck his there, and went off to lunch. i calmly got the crow bar out of my car, and smashed out his windows, bet he does not do that again.
