Default Weekly Calendar Driven Climate Timer

According to this Audi documentation on page 120, there's a calendar-based climate control timer capability.

It's apparently located under "Car menu > Charging & efficiency > Charging. A charging target for the high-voltage battery of between 50 % and 100 % can be set for the charging procedure. The timer settings can be accessed by swiping the battery level display to the left. Five different timers can be programmed. This involves selecting a day or days and setting the departure time. Air conditioning of the vehicle interior can also be activated in the timer function."

How does one set the temperature of the climate control? Will it simply use the last known temperature and seat warmer settings?

I use this feature all the time, works great. Yes, it simply conditions the cabin to the temp set when you shut down the car, if you have the drivers seat heater on it will warm up the seat too (does not appear to do that for the other seats though, you have to do that through the app). The time you set is the time for departure so if it is really cold it starts earlier to be sure temp is reached by the programmed time.

So how long does it heat or cool the cabin? For example, if I program it to be ready by 6am, but don't use the car until 7am due to my schedule not being normal, will it turn itself off after, say, 30 minutes? Also, will it use shore power if it is plugged instead of battery power?

I believe it runs for 30 minutes after the set time, I will have to check, my schedule is routine so I have not missed one by more than 10 minutes. I can confirm that if you are plugged in that once the battery falls below the set charge % (say80%) it starts the charger again, as I can see on my Juice Box that charging has started once the heat kicks on.

According to the video instructions, the climate control will turn itself off after 10 mins after 'departure time'.

According to the Bjorn Nyland video, e-tron is one of the few BEVs which perform two-parallel power draws (one for the battery, other for climate control) during DC charging. I would hope that this applies to AC charging as well. This is difficult to determine since, during the AC charging, EVSE is already delivering max power.
