Default 5cyl 20v (7A turbo converted)

Hi
I've been thinking about using a NA 7A engine for my turbo project, are there any useful parts in the 7A?
What's the difference in a performance point of view between the 7A and 3B internals, piston oilsquirters, conrod strength, cylinderwall thickness, crank strenght etc.
What about head port and valve sizes?
What about using the diesel crank to gain some cc's?

I've heard some talk about usig the diesel crank, haven't seen anyone do it yet,

Mine is the Audisport crank 92.8 mm stroke, giving me 2479 cc.

I also have the newest mod pistons @ 14:1
