Anyone a fan of Hella Flush?
I am. Discovered it last week.

Basically.... you use spacers or get the correct wheels so the rim of the wheel is flush with the bodywork of your car. Then you use stretched tires, so the sidewall is angled. This allows you to drop the car so the top edge of the rim can sit right near the fender. Kinda ballsy, avoid potholes! Thing is, it looks SOOOOOO sweet.
Hella Flush isn't about performance, nor is it VIP, or anything else... it's about stance, fitment, and proportions. Very cool stuff, IMHO. Check it out. Some pix:

I am
stance is very important to me. I'm gonna space my soon-to-be-mine pie plates right out to the edges and pull the fender a bit.
you don't NEED to stretch the tires and get it right on. you can flush out with balloon tires too.

Not on all cars, no. by that same theory, wouldn't the wheel lips go smashing into the fender on all the hella flush cars?
on most cars, wheels camber in on compression...
my friend has balloon tires and he flushes pretty good on his Audi 90
