This is one of 400 1993 Audi S4 Quattro that were sold in US. This vehicle is in exceptional condition and is a great example of this rare model. It runs and drives very strong and shows no sign of having 152k miles on it. There are a few tasteful modifications that do not jeopardize reliability. This vehicle provides many conveniences and options. Among these are the Quattro AWD system, powerful 5-cylinder turbo, and spacious sedan interior. The car has a Black exterior with an Ecru interior. The Black finish of this vehicle is incredible. The car has been garaged and taken care of on a regular basis. This car truly is in spectacular condition for its age. The inside of this vehicle is in fine condition. The Recaro sport seats show minimal wear and all electronic controls work including all heated seats. The carbon fiber trim is all original and looks great. All the electronics work as they should. The Bose stereo system sounds brilliant through the 8-speaker system. The only additions made to the interior are the Audi floor mats and the boost gauge mounted on the center counsel. This S4 is powered by the extraordinary 2.2L 5 cylinder 20V Turbo. There have been very few modifications to this car. The original coils and harness have been replaced with the 1.8T coil conversion including 034 harness. Service has been performed regularly with Mobile 1 full synthetic. The spark plugs have been replaced with NGK plugs. The MAF has been replaced along with the air filter. The original bypass valve has been replaced with a polished aluminum performance bypass valve. There are no boost leaks and the turbo spools as it should. The five-speed transmission shifts smooth and transfers power impeccably. The brakes have been tastefully modified to increase the system performance. The front system has been replaced with Porsche 993 TwinTurbo 4-piston calipers and 314mm one-piece A8 rotors. The rear brakes have been replaced within the last six months and work well. The pedal is high and feels strong. The parking break does not function. This S4 comes with two sets of wheels and tires. The equipped wheels are Porsche Turbo Twist replicas with Dunlop M2 tires with 75% tread left. The other set of wheels that come with the car are the OEM 16x8 Fuchs also with Dunlop M2 tires. The tires on the second set are almost new. The suspension has been modified to lower the ride height and increase performance with more rigid parts. The front springs and struts have been replaced with new H&R sport springs and Koni struts. The rear suspension has also been upgraded with H&R springs and Koni struts. The front CV boots have been replaced and axles were cleaned and greased. The exhaust system does not have any problems and sounds incredible. well, got the Vette in April when the S-Line Avant went off lease (never shoulda let it go)
and got the S8 in November when I realized that the V8 would not be a reliable daily driver in NE Ohio winterz....
Had the Vette out within the past week on a nonsnowy, nonsalty day....
love the S..... basically like an AWD 4-dr Vette
