I swapped my speedo yesterday due to the flaky ODO with a new used unit. Removing the cluster and swapping is actually not that bad. Anyway, I got everything back together and started the car but the Tacho was not working. So I unplugged the ECU for about 20 minutes and plugged it back in. The Tacho worked. But then I got the idea from URS4.com about swapping bulbs with the 2W one so I removed the cluster again and away from the car to swap all bulbs. When I put everything back togeher, Tacho no worky again. hmmmm! so I unplugged the ECU again with the same routine earlier but this time, Tacho still not working..

And also, i got this oil signal or something blinking right in the middle of cluster..

Any ideas?

Bad connection and/or broken trace on the printed circuit board.
