Wagner Engineering/Tuning now has a T3 version of their new RS2 EVO EM
This is a new version of the new Wagner EVO RS2 cast manifold that 034 is selling with the K26 flange (034 is a Wagner distributor/ collaborator). Wagner designed the EVO manifold with a large enough turbo flange that it can take either a K26 hot side or, with additional machining, the T3 Garret.
On the S2 forum, I asked Carsten Wagner whether I was correct in thinking that he had designed the casting for the EVO manifold, he thought ahead and made the turbo flange area large enough for both the K26 and T3 hot-sides. Carsten replied that they designed the flange area a little bit bigger, "always in mind to use a OEM Garrett GT30. The T3 Flange is machined, its the same Casting."
This means there is no need to have a K26-Garret Hybrid and that a straight Garrett turbo will "work" (not withstanding the need for oil and water lines).
Pricing from Wagner is 730 Euros (not sure about shipping). I imagine 034 will have these listed with US pricing soon.

Link to Wagner Tuning's new EM with T3 flange
