Will this turbo fit our UrS4's??

Not a direct bolt-on...
That's probably a K27. That exhaust flange will not bolt to the 20v exhaust manifold. It will bolt to a sport quattro manifold, which you could find. However, that manifold is very heavy, and that turbo is probably oil-cooled only. So, don't get that one.
If you want a huge bolt-on turbo, you use the K26 hot side, watercooled center section and a K27 cold side. That's a direct install and produces monster power in an AAN with the right software. A friend has done it and his S6 FLIES. But yes, he has to load up the engine with the brakes to spin up the turbo before letting it go. FUN!
