Default Car Phone
My car is equip with what seems to be a motorola car phone, which will not even turn on. Does anybody know if there is a seperate fuse a certain trick to get it to function, Common problem. As far as i know Canada still hase analoge service availbe (unlike the US), just be cool to get it working. Or is there an adapter to get new cell phone to work with the speaker and the mic already installed. Thankss

Default you can search for it, it has all been gone over
that'd probably be the easiest way to get the info you want.

Default Most cell coverage is tri-mode, so analog is there as a backup, but.......
good luck getting an analog subscription only as I don't know of any companies currently offering it. Analog is dead for all intents and purposes.

I am in BC. Analogue phones (with Telus) died on Sept. 15th, 2008.

Default Unfortunately you would be misinformed Dave, there is a limited analog system
still in service in various parts of Canada. Once again though, you can't subscribe to an analog network, it's only there for backups and some fleetnet services.
