Engine mount issues?

Engine mount issues?
We have a 2019 Q8 with 66K miles on it. My local German car specialist is seeing seepage from L & R engine mounts. Is this a known issue, or just normal wear and tear? I don't see anything elsewhere in the internet. Miles are 80% highway. Thanks.

Normal wear IMO and you did well to get this long, we had to do them in our 2019 last year but we are in a hot climate and the hydraulic mounts don't like the summer heat.
