Microphone sensitivity
I’ve got a 21 SQ8 and having an issue with the microphone in the car, when I’m on a call no one can hear me/it’s very faint & apple car play can’t pick my voice up.
Does anyone know how to get into the green menu on the SQ8 to adjust the microphone sensitivity before I start trying to replace parts?

You can do it in module 5F (MMI):
Adaptations: Microphone sensitivity:_sensitivity: 0 [UN]_dB(A)
To do it you need VCDS or OBD11 or other similar system. The only question is whether you are heard poorly when talking from the car or you are not heard at all. The latter suggests a microphone fault.
