Note Loading System

Rarely have driven new RSQ8 so wife takes out and computer system says Note Loading System while she’s taking car to get front clear bra. Any ideas

…to fix this just press and hold down the volume dial for 10 seconds until you see the system reboot (the climate control screen will also go blank) then all systems will come back up.
