Alpine CDA-9812rr & facia adapters
There are no aftermarket HU's that will fill the non standard facia on the A4, they are all standard DIN size, so whatever you go for you'll need fascia adapters. The Alpine 9812rr has red illumination, as well as being a quality deck (60w x 4, sub pre-out, on board EQ etc)

You can go with just about any "E" size radio or regular din size. You just have to use a small dask adaptor to fill around the edges.
I would also recommend Alpine receivers! They deliver the best sound and durability at the best price.
