half din dvd plyr install in glove box?......................
I'm looking to replace my DVD changer mounted in cargoe area with a pyle 1/2 din dvd player in the glove comp of my allroad. Can I safely drill a hole through the compartment to access the wires I need for the DVD player?

I wonder if it would be easier with a 1/2 din unit?....
I was thinking of fabricating a cardboard box to the dimensions of the unit and see if it will easily fit. The dimensions are 1(H)x7(W)x6.75(D)
If I drill a hole in the back of the glove dept would I be able to fish the wires through the bottom?
