Hmmm. Does adding an RF modulator decrease the Stock S4 radio sensitivity?
I ask because I just got the iPod installed and the radio stations are extremely weak. What is wierd is that the strong stations (the usual top 40 crap) is not being received (almost sounds like you are on the fringe of losing signal) as well as the weak ones.
It's really (abnormally warm)in LA right now (82*), and I wonder if it could be solar flares or something other than the RF modular being the cause.

Got it solved. Went back, and it was both, a bad cable to the antenna and a bad RF modulator!
All is right in the world.
One curious question. Will the signal/frequency that the RF modulator produces ever "stray" from it's fixed value, i.e. will the audio cut in/out because the signal isn't staying put?
