Navigation plus RNS-D Error

Navigation plus RNS-D Error
Hi Everybody,
I bought my first car Audi A6 Avant Quatrro 2.7 with built-in Navigation plus RNS-D system.Can't even listen for FM radio because it throws "rpc-tm can not established . . ." !!! I have no experience related to auto so any help from your side will be appreciated.How this error can be fixed?(( help me plzz((
