Odd issue with code for RNS-E????

Odd issue with code for RNS-E????
Just left the house ran to the store, 5 min later got back to the car and my RNS-E hu was asking for the radio code. The nav portion reverted back to the last destination I had plugged in? Any ideas?
The only thing I though of was I had left one set of keys in the car (mine) and took the other key (wife's) with me. Plus I had another set to my A4 in the car. Maybe the car got confused. Battery is perfect.

Just a guess here, but
Since the Nav reverted to the previous destination (I'm assuming you are implying it does not do so normally), it would seem like there was a momentary short somewhere involving the radio. Since the clock and etc. Im assuming are still fine then I am not sure. Are you radio presets still intact?
