problem ,with wireing?

when the head unit is off nuthing happens...but it is when i turn it on and when i am on the gas there is a whineing sound,and when i give it more gas it wines louder....almost as if it was the motor. there is some kinda of wireing problem

check the ground, should not be more than few inhces from the amp .also the rca wires if any(amp). remember a $25 rca wire is better than $5 wire.

you may need a good noise filter on your power lead to either the HU or the amp, maybe both.

If you have aftermarket setup, ...

connect line out ground with power ground near the HU this will help getting rid of any noise.
