Black & Decker Buffer???
I found this black & decker "handy buffer" laying around in my garage, and a coupla unused pads with it. I STFA and didn't find anything on this particular buffer.
Just wondering if it would be safe to use to apply a coat of wax on my car? I've never used one before and any tips would be helpful. TIA.
