Good experience with Classic Motoring Accessories (aka www.properautocare.com)
I placed an order with them this past Monday morning. On Monday afternoon, I changed my mind on some of the order and called their 800 number.
They found my order already boxed and ready to ship. UPS was due to pick it up in an hour.
They cheerfully let me delete one item and add a few more. I apologized a couple times for the inconvenience, but they said to think nothing of it. They were happy to be of service and they were glad they caught the order before UPS came.
After I got off the phone with them, they got the revised order ready before UPS showed up that day. So, I had no delay in the delivery.
I was extremely happy to get this level of service and will continue to send more of my business their way.

Re: Good experience with Classic Motoring Accessories ..... I agree, one good experiance too.
They did two shipments for me on a small order so I wouldn't have to wait a few days to get the items they had in stock. Sent a nice apologetic email about the delay for the things they didn't ship.
Prices were OK but service very good.
