Great guy

I sent a long e-mail to MR Zaino and he had the kind courtesy to not only reply to me but give me a mini boot camp in detailing. These guys are a class act. Even if we can argue who has the better product, I for one think customer service that excells wins out everytime.

Yeah, I pick up the phone and call them anytime I get "stuck".

Sal at Zaino and Larry at carcareonline have both been great!
