Default Accident this morning :(...need reccomendation for a Chicago-area repair shop...
Well, I'm off to a lovely Monday morning. I rear-ended an SUV in front of me, because I am an idiot. Hood is buckled, bumper cracked, radiator smashed, coolant pissing...u get the picture. The car is now in the north suburbs of Chicago, where I work, but I live in the city. Can anyone recommend an outstanding place to do the repairs, either in the Buffalo Grove, IL area or in Chicago?

Default A&L Autobody in Palatine....did some work for me and they were great to deal with
And their workmanship was good.

Default SKIP Goldcoast body shop in Chicago
I would not recommend Goldcoast body shop here in Chicago. They took forever with our car and they generally seem incompetent.

And I on the other hand have had GREAT work from Gold Coast. Still, there are others if you choose.

Default Big 2nd! I know these guys and they do great work. In fact...
My S4 goes in Monday for a new bumper, hood, lights, etc...

Default They did great work on my A4
only problem I have with them now is that they wond work with Allstate.
