Are you sure it's coming from the tranny/gear box?
it may be the pads shifting around in the caliper...
could it be something with your semi-new clutch? if so I'm sure Al will help you out...

all is well man. No date yet, but it looks like the the mexican sand is going to be blowing up my kilt at the wedding. Check out http://www.karismahotels.com/azul/
I hope its not clutch related...I will rebuild the brakes tonight to make sure everything is proper. Mark's going to have a drive/listen so we'll see what we come up with.
