Lost Keys
After pulling my hair out after losing my keys to my 96 A4, I have been informed by Audi that I have to purchase a completely new set of locks for the car since they cannot replace my old keys ($900). I have never heard of such bull****. I guess they don't keep records of keys. Unfortunately it has come to this point where I will I will no longer be an Audi owner. After a busted transmission due to faulty parts that Audi has known about for years, going through hell talking to Customer Service, and the this ordeal with the keys, I've really had enough. This is just pathetic.
