Is there any Chicagoland wheel repair place that would fix a wheel with a hairline crack on a spoke?
Or should I just give up and trash it?
One of my 1 season old OZ Ultraleggera's was beat to **** thanks to Chicago roads. Found a small hairline crack on one of the spokes that does not go all the way through. With Spring coming up, I'm trying to figure out my options for it.

15 years ago I had Ye Olde Wheel in Maryland repair a cracked forged Porsche wheel
They did it perfectly, and it's worked as a street wheel ever since but would never dream of putting it on the track. Still have the wheel.
However, that 16x9 930 Fuchs wheel is long since discontinued and a used one is worth $750+ so it was worth repairing. If it was an OZ wheel that I could still replace, I'd just get another one, or find a good used one.

What about curb rash repair for a BBS lip? Any good suggestions? Anyone have
experience with a company called Keystone. I think they're located around Kedzie and 47th. I have a 3-piece BBS with minimal curb rash on the polished lip. I think they quoted me like $175 to recondition the 18" wheel. I'm a little concerned that they won't be able to get the color right (a gunmetal/light silver shade). Maybe I'll just try and live with it.
