Wheel refinishing in Chicago area?

I'm looking to have my wheels finished "gun metal"...Anyone know where to have this done for a good price?

ive gone to wheels america a few times...

you can also try TRANS wheel. al over at CPT recommends them. you can probably get more info from CPT.

yes, I've gone to Wheels America myself in Arlington Heights.

very pleased with the results too!

Does wheels america powder coat?

And what sort of $ are we looking at per wheel?

Still looking? I just had my Fuchs on the 912 media blasted and powder coated.

<center><img src="http://snorksandsmurfs.com/Images/912/2007_06_09%20912%20005.jpg"></center><p>Came out awesome, as you can tell. He did the center caps and lugs in black.. I put the lugs back on with a metal only (no soft socket) wrench with no signs of scraping.. Very durable stuff.

I paid around $220 I think for all 4. he's just a dude with a buncha stuff setup for this. He is in the NW burbs area - Crystal Lake area. Let me know if you're interested and I can put you in touch.

Thanks! Looks nice and good price.

I'm looking around winter to refinish or get new wheels completely. I'm busy working till about Nov. If I decide to go that route I will definitely let you know. I'm only little less then 45 mins from Crystal Lake area.
