Browser won't stayed logged in!

No matter how many times I log in, and click the "remember me" box, the next time I visit the forums, it's forgotten who I am again.

This is with Windows 7 & IE 8, as well as the browser on Apple's iPad.

What's the secret to being memorable around here?

Not sure. I haven't had a similar problem with Firefox or IE. Are you sure you aren't clearing "private data" on exit?

This is the only site I don't stay logged in on, so I doubt it. It almost seems like the cookie for this site expires at the end of a session or something.

In that case, when was the last time you cleared your cookies from your PC? if you're using an old cookie from a previous software version, that might be part of the problem.

Both the iPad and my PC are rebuilt (reinstalled) regularly. I created a new account, which is staying signed in, so I suspect there is something about my old account causing the issue.

Damn is this still annoying. Somewhat bad at home--terrible at work.

At work I log in, have to log in again to type a reply, have to log in again to post the reply, etc....

Checking the Remember Me block does nothing..
