CBD and other Spam Type Posts - Flag 'Em??

CBD and other Spam Type Posts - Flag 'Em??
Whenever I get to AW early in the A.M., I see several "CbD gUmMieS" posts (and other single-post users pushing something totally unrelated to Audis) from new users. Does it help at all to flag them (with the "Report Post" triangle? I ask because I see that they always disappear pretty quickly.
Also, if I could be given a sort of neutered Moderator power so I could delete them, I'd certainly be happy to do so. Might keep me from going all Michael Douglas from "Falling Down" someday...

I'd still be (more than) happy to help shoot down the CBD spammers...
Also, @deAutoLED.com is more annoying than the CBD spammers. I added them to my "Ignore" list, but they still pollute my "New Posts" search regularly. Is there something I'm missing?
