Default Dear APR...

I'm so glad we met. In fact, I've installed your software on three of my Audi cars. I learned about you, your products, and especially about how satisfied your customers are with your product and service through AudiWorld forums. Thanks to a user friendly, easy to follow posting format, I was able to learn what I needed to know to make an informed decision without having to sort through unrelated drivel.

As you probably know, today AW made significant changes to their site. Those changes make it very difficult to research information in the clear, concise way I used in the past. Also, because it's harder to use, I fear significant declines in the use of the system by those prized customers. Those friendly customers who built this community are what drive value at AW. Without that social networking system built into AW, I'm afraid you may see a significant drop in your advertising success through the AW venue. I hope you are able to build your business through other communities that continue to support the open community we once had here at AW.

Please share this message with your colleagues who I also met through AW. Just a short list from the top of my head would include Parrott, TireRack, WeatherTech, GIAC, Ronal, Michelin, Sumitomo, Dension, and Yakima, just to name a few that sell items I've purchased due to recommendations here. Not only that, but it's from AW that I learned about driving events, local Audi communities, and numerous people I've gotten to know over the years. Let's join together in wishing them continued success as well, even if it means they have to spend time elsewhere.

And, let's not forget that this forum has helped me maintain my brand loyalty. That means that up to now, this site has created a community that is passionate about the Audi product and all things related.

Given the new system that doesn't promote community the way the previous one did, I'm sure we'll be seeing less of each other.

Thanks for all you've shared up to now, and hope to see you around!
