Fake Adobe Flash MALWARE on a thread

Something on that page triggered my malware protection to say that malware, claiming to be a Flash automatic update, had launched itself while I was looking at the thread. And yes, there was a big pop-up that claimed my Flash was out of date and it would be fixed. Except, I've long had Flash uninstalled and blocked because it is so dangerous.
Don't know if it is something in an ad or other item I just "walked" across with the mouse, but there was something there today, with teeth.
