Do you mind me asking what city you are located in?
(if you don't want to publicly post it, feel free to private message me)

I can try to ping the site from the ISP.
Site loading time should be similar (or better) than with the old software.

The layout is still stupid.

Grats on the pages loading instantly for you.

Now, instead of "conversations" that can drift off into sub-threads...we'll have to read what EVERYONE has to comment on before we can get to what we would like to read. I know not everyone likes or wants to read what all the responses are to an original thread.

Anyhow...I'll get back to the point. This layout sucks and there are a TON of people here who agree with me.

well, then you'd all be wrong. In the previous scenario we had to read everyone's NT comment to the original post. Now we can click on threads that interest us without having to read a string of responses.

Default I agree with Vtec

This layout makes baby jesus cry. It literally makes one weep. So much so hundreds of people are leaving this website as we speak... Say goodbye to all the web impressions which are ever so valuable to IB.

hardly what I would call fast... "newest posts" = 138ms to redirect, 457ms for thread to download. basically 600ms until the html is fully rendered, and nearly a full second before all the css, js and images are applied. and this doesn't even include doubleclick & google overhead.

hopefully your disks queues are nice and long.

I compared it to San Francisco, LA and San Diego and they are experiencing similar load speeds.
