Having trouble with Classifieds

Can anyone help me figure out what I am doing wrong? When I attempt to post, I get an error message stating that the colored section of the ad as too many characters (25, and can only have 20). I have gone back multiple times and attempted to pare down the text in every section, but nothing is helping. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
