Are these two tests intended to show "pic" and "URL" tags on the post? If so, I don't see any. Do I need to activate something?

It will only work on the forum display page, https://www.audiworld.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=11 for example.

It will not work on the show individual thread page.
