Insider trading?

It is alleged that Roger Penske,on internet brands board, sold 1.5mm shares of IB last week. Can he get nailed for Insider trading?

likely yes

and maybe he should be removed from the board as such a sale is a fairly clear indication that he believes stock value will decrase.... for some reason... hmmmmmmmmmmmm

how/why is dumping stock because of investment concern "in-and-of-itself" considered criminal? I've done it lots of times and no grand jury has convened on my behalf. When concerned, risk or bail. It's the only 2 choices I'm aware of.

Because:
1. You probably didn't dump 1,500,000 shares of stock based on insider knowledge
and
2. You're no Martha Stewart.
