My computer sucks at aw.

I have a couple issues i have been experiencing. When i used to hit "back" the page would not refresh, but now it does. I also get a "this page has expired message" sometimes when i hit back. I get these problems on multiple computers so i dont think i screwed anything up setting wise with my computer. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Check the date/time on your computers

I've heard rumours that you may get a message like that with some versions of MSIE if the cache becomes "full". Try flushing the cache.
