Password problem

Password problem
I am posting this for a friend using my account. He has just registered the username Ashley Morgan and the email address ashley@ashleymorgan.org but the connection timed out. Now his password won't work, even when he asks for password help and then replies to the email the connection times out every time. Can someone please help!!

There was a problem I found, I'm going through and running a script to fix it up
It's about half way done right now, but I'm ran it against the last thousand accounts since those were the most affected.
It may be fixed now, but if not it should be soon.

It still won't work !! Help !!!
I think that the guy in question has sent you an email as well. The system accepts his password but will not log him in.
