Picture Album for FAQ posts

I have an idea, wanted to run it by you guys.
It would be benificial to have a photo album set up for the URS4/S6 forum so we could upload pictures to it for display in the FAQ. We're doing a little bit of clean up from those that deleted or renamed photos hosted on 3rd party web sites by trying to find replacment pictures.
I suggest a photo album that a group of 10 people can upload to, but requires an Admin approval to delete from.
Is this possible?

Is it possible to give permissions to indivdual threads?
In fact, we could set up a new forum section for just FAQ threads, and then move the FAQ threads in the indivdual forms to that new forum.
I'll be it's easier to give edit permissions to a FAQ forum than indivdual FAQ threads.
Then each model forum can have a table of contents in it as a sticky that links to the 100+ page long FAQ thread for their model of car.
May be a way around not having a true WIKI engine / FAQ setup.

A big kudos to Kris and the IB team for getting something very special and very usefull up and running!
I don't want to spoil the announcement from the hard working admins and IB team.
This is just a teaser to something very cool coming to a FAQ near you very soon!
