Please stop the emails
Because I got 80 emails when I chose to get an email of any thread updates, I went back into my profile and selected not to get any notifications. That was hours ago, and just now I found another 25 emails from the forum. How do I stop the insanity?

Sorry, I should have explained it better.
I am guessing when you updated your subscriptions you changed the setting for all future subscriptions.
All of your existing subscriptions need to be selected to "none".
If you click the link I posted above, make sure all of them state "none" next to them - per my attached screenshot.

Thanks, Adrian. So, I did what you suggested. I went to that page, and you are right, the subscriptions are still there. So, I selected them, went to the drop-down, and selected "no subscriptions" and pressed "go". The list refreshed, with no changes. Still shows I'm subscribed to bunches of threads.
