Post Rejection

I tried replying to a post several times and I get a message saying"post rejected 41.8 rejection set to 30."What does this mean?

I just tried again to post in thread "Grogan's Q5" and was rejected with the same message.I have posted in another thread and it was posted.Any help would be appreciated.
