Why did I recieve this e-mail
It makes no sense to me ??? I posted it in the off-topic forum in the first place.

It was a mistake by one of the moderators
He realized it a couple of seconds after he made it and switched it back.
Unfortunately, the system sends an email immediately. One of the modifications that will be coming soon is to delay the emails to catch situations like this.
