I went boarding at a local mountain- Greek Peak. After a long cold (2 deg) day of skiing I go to start my car. Really rough idle... Flashing check engine light... I call for a flatbed, but I have no reception. I'm in the middle of nowhere- it took 3 hours for the flatbed to show up. The driver was a racist bastard that actually elbowed me out of the truck, dropped me off at the Audi dealer at 9pm on Sunday night. He didn't even offer me a ride home. I went to Bill Cooke (my dealer) today and they said that until they diagnosed the problem I couldn't have a loaner. Then they said 2 of the 4 audi techs called in sick/snowed in. The whole north east is being blanketed with snow and Cornell still won't give us a snow day! But seriously, Is there anything I can do to get a loaner now?

I'd call and say the symptons point to coilpack failure and its a common problem..

And you were promised a loaner for any warranty service when you bought the car. Ask to speak to a manager... I would also call AOA roadside and tell them about the driver. Ross had good luck with a problem with the tow company (when they scratched his car)...
