Florida PBA Shields?
I was at a red light today and the car in front of me had a Florida PBA Shield attached to the left corner of the licesne plate. Anyone here know the story on those? In NJ shields like that were availble to law officers familiys.
Are they availble with a certain donation or membership or just to PBA members?

The metal plates are generally LEO-obtainable only, or given by an LEO
You can get the stickers anywhere, but the metal plates mean you are in law enforcement and a PBA member. I have a pair of them in a box somewhere I need to Ebay or something...Some people get out of tickets with them, but if you can't explain why you have it (or say "I got it off ebay") it wont do you much good.
