I may have damaged my head in the recent overheat issue. If so, will a head form other five cylinder models in that same era (88-92? ) bolt on? Specifically, a 91 100

there are 2 basic 2.3 heads the early nf style with injectors in head and the ng /late nf style with 2 piece intake and injectors in manifold all will bolt to block but intakes are different and ng heads have vacuum pump mounting
