Default Seems pretty nice but I agree with Dean that repeated installation and removal can't be good for the

concrete floor and therefore the stability of the lift.

Default 3rd. I've looked into having a Rotary lift installed in the garage when its done

they require min of 6 inches of concrete under the area where the lift posts go. They also have some massive bolts that need to be drilled into the concrete. Can't see how you'd take something like that and replace it on a normal concrete floor with a handfull of smaller bolts that can be taken out all the time.

I can't believe they used an impact wrench to tighten the bolts in the video.

Default I think the real value is the ability to get lift capability in a lower garage.

The idea of bolting and unbolting the base seems stupid. I'd bolt it down and be done with it.

Default well, 2 post lifts require a lot more width then 4 post

cause the posts have to be far enough away from the car so you can open the door and get out. As such, in a standard 2 car garage a 2 post lift would have to go right smack the middle, so in order to use the garage as a 2 car garage again you'd have to disassamble the lift. As such, I think it's a great idea, but I'm wondering about the execution.

Default I would think your current garage floor lacks the depth of concrete needed.

Granted I did not study the diagrams and other info to see if there is a required depth of concrete and what that value is. Would imagine my garage would have the same issue.
