5K A/C question
Will the heater still blow hot air if the cold A/C itself is not charged up? I heard the clutch on the compressor won't engage if there is a low/no charge?

Correct (more)
There is a pressure switch that causes the compressor to disengage if there is no pressure in the system. BTDT- my new recharge leaked out after a week- have to go back to the mechanic and get it fixed. :-(
