I have one too... (it just died)
What country do you live in? The model designation indicated different equipment depending on whether you live in Canada or the US.<p>There's someone in my neighborhood who has a pearl one identical to mine and I sometimes see a dark green one, but other than that they all seem to be S Quattro's.<p>BTW, mine is sitting immobile in the driveway right now because it went up in a cloud of steam and I can't get the dealer to look at it before Monday. Real pain.

I'm in Japan now, but the car is in the US. I think the "CS" is a sport model, but I'm not sure. I have seen plenty of 90s, but never a CS. Any idea if this is a larger engine or different suspension than the other 90s?<p>Sorry to hear your's died. Have you had any other problems with it? How long have you owned the car?<br>

Patrick,<p>I'm not positive, but I believe the CS designation adds sport seats, different wheels, and some other minor trim upgrades. There are no engine changes, and I don't think the suspension is different. I'm not that familiar with the 90 cars after '91, so I may be way off base. The CS is top of the line though. I bet Matt Daniels would know more! :-)<p>Charles<br>

Avery,<p>Sorry to hear about your car! I hope it's jsut something minor like a split coolant reservoir, a howe, or something else easy to fix. It's possible your thermostat died too. As long as you didn't drive it with the engine overheated, it's probably just a matter of replacing a coolant system component of some sort. Hope it's OK! Good luck! :-)<p>Charles<br>

It very well could be!!! I have cruised for an hour or more at a time at 100+mph with one hand on the wheel feeling perfectly safe and in control at all times. The car becomes an entirely different machine at 90+mph. It's not the best city cuiser, seems the gearing isn't low enough for city hills and slow traffic at 25 to 40 mph. This car belongs on the highway<br>
