Power window question
I'm happy to report that my 84 5000 has been running great. Haven't blown any more rack & pinions or heater hoses.
I don't know if this is normal for my Audi or not, but ever since I have had the car the driver's window will go all the way down when I hit the switch. The other windows will only go down as long as I hold the switch down. I compensate for the problem by flipping the switch back up to stop the window where I want it. Do I have a problem or is this normal?

I hate that feature on my A4. I wish it were like my 4000. It's a bear to just crack a window.
