S4 and Navigation system
1. Does anyone know if the S4 "HomeLink" system is the same system that the 99 German A4s have in them?<p>2. Will that identical thing be available on the US S4 come 2000 (or is it 2001)?<p>3. Also, will the S4 shape be changed with the A4 or will they wait to change it a la M3?<p>--<br>Adil<br>'97 A4 2.8 QMS... now want Y2KS4

1. From what I understand it is the same as the German nav system that uses the Trip computer as it's display and has the controls in the center console between the seats.<p>2. I'm assuming you ment the same thing will be available in the A4 starting in 2000. I havn't heard anything yet if it will be in the A4, but if it's in the S4, I'm sure that it won't be that far behind for the A4. I'm guessing that it will be an option for the 2000 A4.<p>3. Who knows. I'm willing to bet that it would be redesigned at the same time, or maybe it would be 1 year after the redesigned A4.<p>Matt
