My A6 spoiled me with it's technology & sophistication. So, I'm going to look at a 2000 BMW k1200lt this Sunday.
That bike's a little more sophisticated than my '82 GS1100GK or my '80 GS1000G.
If I get the lt, the GK will probably go.

So, I just bought an '00 BMW k1200lt.
My '82 Suzuki GS1100GK is a brutally fast bike that makes no compromises for it's raw power also.

That is my next bike. I'm shockingly well pacified with my 30 yr old Yamaha Venture Royale 1300 for touring, but I have been fascinated by the K1600 since I heard you could suddenly get BMWs delicious inline 6 in a BIKE!!! Since everyone has pics I'll throw one up of "Maxine", she my hills bike. Love that K bike, just love it man, nobody can meld form and function like the Germans, no doubt.

Just got me a 09- FZ6 with 19k miles in pretty decent shape back in December after being "bikeless" for 10 years. I am the 3rd owner, the 2nd owner only had it for 8 mos (new rider that got scared after a "close call")
